RCHD is a versatile product
that can be used in many applications and with many types
of cleaning methods and equipment. It can be applied by
sprayer, brush, mop, or by immersion. It can be used in
soak tanks, vibratory machines, tumblers, and most types
of parts washers. RCHD
is not designed for use in power spray washers due the
potential for excessive foam build-up. The amount of dilution
with water will depend upon the soil and type of application.
At 5% concentration (20:1 dilution)
RCHD
is an excellent light duty cleaner. At full strength
it will remove silicones and adhesives, clean uncured
polyurethane paints, remove tar, and degrease engines.
Tests should be run to determine the best conditions
for each cleaning or degreasing operation.
