Lubricoolant Syn-Plus: A superior formulated semi-synthetic coolant used for nearly all machining applications offering major advantages over today's brands of lubricoolants.

Lubricoolant Syn-Plus is a premium quality semi-synthetic machining and grinding fluid. This product is safe on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Lubricoolant Syn-Plus leaves a soft, soluble film on both the parts and the machine tools. This film provides excellent corrosion protection for the machined parts and long lasting tool life. Lubricoolant Syn-Plus is especially suited for critical machining and grinding applications on all substrates. The product provides exceptional bacteria and mold resistance and this, in turn, relates to longer tank life.

Using Procedures:

Lubricoolant Syn-Plus is designed to be mixed with water at concentrations ranging from 2% to 10% depending on the severity of the machining or grinding operation.

Control Testing:

Concentration can be measured using either titration or refractometer. To calculate the concentration by refractometer, multiply the refractometer reading by 1.19.
